These leaders face daunting obstacles, from inadequate education and training to limited financial means, preventing them from realizing their full potential and enacting the transformative changes their communities desperately need. This gap not only stifles individual potential but also perpetuates cycles of poverty and underdevelopment, leaving entire communities without the means to progress and thrive.

Empowering Change is designed to address these critical challenges by providing the necessary tools, mentorship, and financial support to unlock and amplify the impact of these organizations.

​     OUR APPROACH:
     At Empowering Change, we provide visionary, charitable organizations in impoverished areas a   
     roadmap to success by employing the principles of the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®).
     We collaborate closely with local leaders, pairing them with a volunteer team of business experts that     
     will coach them through the process of translating their dreams into actionable plans. Our process   
     includes:

• Defining Concrete Goals: We guide organizations in shaping their aspirations into concrete, achievable goals.
• Building Effective Leadership Teams: We assist in assembling the right people in the right roles to achieve the vision.
• Developing Leadership Skills: We train leadership teams to equip them with the skills needed to turn their vision into reality.
• Investing in Transformation: We help organizations develop long-term funding strategies to support their goals and provide capital grants and ongoing matching funds when necessary. This enables transformation beyond the scope of what local economies can support.
